Shipping & Freight:
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of our receipt of the order. Sometimes on rare occasions items are not in stock and require a short wait before shipping of order. If you need your order but a special date contact JumboCandy sales support before buying. Monday thru Friday. Using FedEx next day air service, FedEx 2nd day air service, FedEx 3 day service and are standard shipping FedEx ground. We do our best to get your candy to you as soon as possible. Our business headquarters and warehouse are located in Denver, Co and sends shipments out every day except during major United States holidays and weekends. Shipping charges are calculated using FedEx rate tables. Shipping charges and delivery time is varied based on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination. JUMBO CANDY Does not ship outside the United States but does ship to all continuous 48 states.

Jumbocandy reserves the right to use UPS or Fedex at anytime.

Hot Weather Shipping Policy:
Please beware that shipping some candies and chocolates during the summer months can damage candies and chocolates or melt them, even though we take every precaution when packaging your candy. JumboCandy can not control the weather once it leaves our warehouse. We do offer Ice Packs for purchase to place in your order while in transit in warm weather (if interested in ice-brixs please contact JumboCandy before ordering), or to warm areas of the united states. We have had very little problems shipping in hot weather but it does and it has happened. If possible when you receive your order put chocolate in cool place for a while. NOTE: Chocolate my change color even if it heats up and cools under normal conditions. Chocolate is at more risk to change color if you stick your chocolate in a refrigerator when receiving it. There is nothing wrong with the Chocolate that is white in color

We do not guarantee any candy or chocolate from melting or heat damage, even if you choose an Ice-Brix For a cool shipping option.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover orders. All orders are verified before shipping. So if there is any problems found we let you know as soon as possible. So your order is shipped with no delays. JUMBO CANDY Does not have a minimum purchase.

Tax:
An 8.40% tax is required by the State of Colorado on all orders that are shipped to the address on the order located in Colorado. All other orders shipped everywhere else in the country will not have taxes applied to their order. There will be no tax added to resale items if buyer supplies a federal tax I.D number.

Return Policy:
We will refund the cost of all merchandise returns that are received in unopened and undamaged condition. Subject to a restocking fee. Jumbo Candy we will not refund the cost of shipping on returned items. You must have approval from Jumbo Candy before item is returned no returns are accepted without approval. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight.

Discounts and Savings:
Jumbo candy is trying to give you the best product at the best price possible by finding new ways to save you money. In addition to our everyday low prices. Jumbo candy offers special discounts. You will automatically save 5% on all orders that are $50 or more this does not include shipping. You will automatically save 10% on all orders that are $200 or more this does not include shipping. Jumbo Candy will also give special discount to schools, resellers and other buyers contact us at wholesale@jumbocandy.com if you have any questions about are special programs. Shipping is not discounted on any discount program.

Clearance Goods Policy:
All sales on clearance items is final no returns or refunds. Clearance items are on clearance for many different reasons. Some items are coming close to the end of their self life. Some are overstock items and some are items we don't carry anymore. Some of the soft candy is starting to harden and the expiration may have passed already. Some of the chocolate is starting to fade in color. All these items are still good and will not harm you. All items in the clearance section are edible.
